ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE/SALES REPRESENTATIVE

SAAS, Software - Account Executive/Sales Representative

We are looking for a dynamic, high-performing Account Rep with experience selling software technology and/or software services over the phone, by email, by Online Demo and via web-based presentations. You will be responsible for managing a client book and proactively reaching out to ensure client satisfaction/retention while continuously hunting and closing new business. The ideal candidate has a history of bringing on new business and hitting sales quotas, and loves the challenges that come with outbound/inbound prospecting in a competitive market.

Responsibilities:

  • Close deals Online
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue/quota through the management and execution of the Track-POD sales process
  • Develop a comprehensive sales strategy and a sales plan that ensures consistent achievement of objectives over the short- and long-term for your coverage model
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Prospect and qualify new leads/prospects Online
  • Track all sales activities in company CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients (Presentations/Demos) Online
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
  • Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data Online

Requirements

  • You speak fluent English
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, or in other Sales Representetive role
  • 4+ years of outside/direct sales experience carrying quota
  • 2+ years account management or inside sales experience in SaaS or Software Industry
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce/Insightly or similar CRM)
  • Experience running online presentations (Zoom, Google Hangouts, etc)
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated track record in the planning, development, and implementation of new business activity involving leading-edge technology
  • A business acumen
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • BSc or BA in business administration, sales or marketing

Salary

2500-6700 eur/mon. gross
