Job description
For the reason of opening a new office in Vilnius we are glad to invite an Account Manager to join our friendly team.
● electronic docflow and statistics in the region of Europe (invoices, payments, terms & conditions, contracts, etc.);
● external/internal client’s cooperation;
● debt collection in the region of Europe (business correspondence, launching/blocking accounts);
● consulting clients on docflow matters in the region of Europe;
рarticipation in the admin tasks of the local office in Vilnius after its opening in the long term;
● maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and procurement and by organizing office operations and procedures;
● filling out all the needed paperwork, scanning, printing out for the record in compliance with legislation;

Requirements
● relevant working experience minimum 1 year;
● English (upper intermediate), Lithuanian, Russian (at least intermediate, both oral and writing);
● computer literacy (Internet/Email, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project);
● perfect communication skills;
● customer oriented attitude;
● punctuality and sense of duty;
good writing skills;
● attentiveness to details.
