- Communication with external partners and internal departments of the company;
- Analysis of the activities of the customer company's, identification of problems / new opportunities and their solutions;
- Overtake clients brought by sales team, to board them and to maintain relationship with them further;
- Issue welcome letters and provide clear instructions what to do next;
- To be intermediate between our technical support team and the merchant.
- Fluent English and Russian;
- Understanding of the principle of operation of payment systems, on-line processing (what is PSP, Acquirer, refund, Chargeback, VISA / MC rules and regulations, etc.);
- Experience working with foreign companies;
- Customer focus;
- Analytical skills.
