About:
Accounting team in Cognizant Technology Solutions Lithuania is looking for a collaborative, communicative and experienced person in accountant position.
You can expect to:
- Perform day-to-day procedures according to process flow, timeline, service and quality requirements
- Perform reconciliations, clearings and closing tasks e.g. Accruals
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities
- Help of annual audits and financial statements
- Work with VAT returns
- Check and review expense reports and business trips, provide related support
- Prepare statistic and other local reports
- Review and help the team with accruals, vacation calculation and similar
- Support/advise employees in finance questions
We expect You to:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian language
- Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in accounting
- Experience with VAT returns
- Good finance and accounting skills, knowledge of local laws and legislation
- Very good time management skills
- Good communication skills
- MS office knowledge (advanced level in Excel is a plus)
