Accounts Payable Team Lead


Job description

  • Lead & develop a new team;
  • Manage team resources against skills, workload and availability;
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting per agreed reporting schedule;
  • Supports team members to achieve performance and quality standards;
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team members as required;
  • Contribute to the maintenance and updating of accounting processes and procedure;
  • Ensure coordination and communication among logistics, sales and accounting departments;


  • Bachelor or master university degree;
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting field, preferred AP accounting;
  • Participating in project management and IT projects development is an advantage;
  • Full professional proficiency of written and oral English required, skills of German language would be an advantage;
  • Some travel to Germany or Denmark must be expected;
  • Strong logical and analytical skills;
  • Experienced user of Microsoft office, especially – Excel;
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP is an advantage;
