Job description

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Debt collection (sending letters and launching/blocking accounts);
  • Electronic document flow and statistics (invoices, payments, terms & conditions, contracts, etc.);
  • Consulting clients on document flow matters;
  • Control and revision of agreements;
  • Maintenance of office services by organizing office operations, procedures and procurement;
  • Communication with the main office (Minsk), suggesting improvements;
  • Maintenance of office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment purchase.


Qualifications and Skills
  • Relevant working experience 2+ years;
  • English (upper intermediate), Lithuanian and Russian (pre-intermediate) speaker;
  • Computer literacy (Internet/Email, MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Project);
  • Perfect communication skills;
  • Customer oriented attitude;
  • Punctuality and sense of duty;
  • Good writing skills;
  • Attentiveness to details.
