RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Company’s document and office administration
  • Development and update of the Company's internal policies and procedures
  • Organization of meetings and promotional events
  • Procurements administration
  • Assistance on ad-hoc assignments
  • Administration of the webpage and other information systems

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATE:

  • Higher education (preferably in the fields of business management and administration)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent spoken and written English and Lithuanian
  • Thoroughness, quick orientation and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience in document administration would be taken as an advantage
