The role:

  • Responsible for the coordination of the department-wide administrative activities –internal communication, internal processes and procedures, organizational tasks, filing system management, etc
  • “Power-usage” of the systems in place
  • Preparing reports and other structured information (eg., presentations) on Advisory’s matters
  • Managing Advisory’s orderings, events & meetings organization
  • An overall helpful hand in Advisory’s daily life ☺

What we are looking for? Somebody, who:

  • Is obsessed with structured processes, approaches and overall order
  • Is keen to gain and build knowledge on how businesses operate
  • Is eager to learn and is brave to embrace dynamic environment
  • Has a university degree or final year student able to coordinate your studies and a full-time position duties
  • Can demonstrate good English and Lithuanian verbal and written as well as business writing skills
  • Is a strong and hardworking team-player
  • Has excellent communication and time management skills
  • Has excellent MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
