Responsibilities
Bankera AML department consists of more than 40 professionals and we are still growing. We are looking for an addition to our newly created QA team who will be responsible for training for our AML employees.
- Learnings for newcomers regarding internal systems and tools for AML/CTF
- Analysing of QA checks results and AML/CTF performance improvement planning (on individual and unit level)
- AML/CTF training planning and preparation of training programs for relevant employees
- Ensuring constant trainings for AML/CTF specialists, other relevant employees and management regarding the latest regulations and relevant changes, including performing entity-wide trainings internally or organising external trainings
- Research and preparation of internal material for knowledge spread and development depending on each AML/CTF team needs and providing presentations and constant guidance regarding relevant competences
- Organisation and maintenance of AML/CTF trainings register
- Providing regular feedback to the management related to AML/CTF training
- Assisting the Team Lead on preparing unit’s reports and presentations
We would like you to have
- At least 1 year of experience in AML/ CTF (including KYC) or Financial Crime Prevention
- Good knowledge and understanding of AML laws and regulatory environment, overall interest in AML field
- Experience in a Fintech area, ICA, ACAMS certifications would be considered as an advantage
- Ability to conduct research, work under tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy will be required
- Good project management and planning skills, ability to provide constructive feedback and reports
- Perfect communication skills and fluent English (another European language is a plus)
- High motivation and sense of responsibility
