What it’s all about?

Channel integration and Customer management Department in Swedish Digital Banking IT is looking for a CRM Application Administrator / Developer.

Who we are?

Swedish Digital Banking IT Division is part of the Development organization. We are an expanding division located in Sweden, Tallinn and Lithuania serving the Business Area Swedish Banking. Our end customers are Swedish Banking and deliveries are visible to 3.8 million Swedish internet bank and 2.5 million Swedish mobile bank customers.

What would you do?

You will be working in a multi-cultural team with the worldwide highly rated CRM (Customer Relationship Managemenent) platform PEGA. You will be participating in the projects and get the opportunity to learn how to work in CRM environment and PEGA. Since we started this Project last year, it is a unique opportunity not only to learn new technology from scratch but also to create your own way of working within the team.

We expect that you have:
  • A degree in an appropriate IT discipline;
  • Experience with Unix/Linux system administration;
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Network, Websphere;
  • A strong desire to learn a new world-class technology platform.
  • Great communication skills in English;
  • Positive attitude, proactive and self driven personality.

It might help if you have:
  • Some experience in object oriented design and development of web-based applications;
  • Pega Certificate;
  • Experience with databases and system integration.

There will be 2 steps. In the 1st meeting you‘ll meet Aistė as a recruiter and Mindaugas as this team’s manager. This interview will be based more on your CV, personality and motivation.
