Accounting Specialist

Job Description

• Systematic entry of primary accounting documents into the accounting system (administration of the supplier data system, reconciliation of sales invoices, accounting certificates, etc.)
• Receipt of invoices
• Preparation of various reports
• Issuing invoices to suppliers
• Communication with suppliers on debt reconciliation and other accounting issues

Requirements for the candidate

• Higher or higher education (can be a final year student)
• Work experience in the field of accounting - an advantage
• Knowledge of English (B1 level and higher). German - an advantage.
• Computer literacy (MS Excel)
• Communication skills, good teamwork skills
• Analytical thinking and organization
