Your main tasks and challenges will be:

  • Ensure, develop and extend meaningful commercial relationships with existing and potential new distributors in region;
  • Develop excellent relations with architects, designers & engineers to provide professional advice early in the projects;
  • Provide value links with support, information and trainings towards different account groups;
  • Support distributors to ensure winning projects;
  • Coordinate and prepare price offers for projects, consultation in projects throughout the development phase until the execution;
  • Interact and convince a wide range of stakeholders, included investors & proffesional house builders why VELUX is the right choice;
  • Build strong connections with roofers and installers to ensure they are VELUX ambasadors.

Your Background and Qualifications:

  • Successful work experience in a sales position (B2B experience is a must);
  • Fluent Lithuanian and English skills. Russian would be an advantage;
  • Good computer skills in MS Office tools. Knowledge in CRM program would be an advantage;
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills;
  • University degree;
  • Commitment, contribution, attention, ability to learn quickly and friendly attitude.
