About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
As a core member of our Enhanced Middle Office team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Your Role
- You will assist to Manager on procedures review, maintenance and act as a center point of contact for department queries;
- You will coach and develop team members ensuring the highest quality standards are met;
- Act as bank administrator for our clients (user, bank account, set-up management);
- Support onboarding and setting up client on internal Citco applications;
- Owning and leading client communication relating their bank relationship (account opening, SWIFT connectivity, etc.);
- You will continuously review and make recommendations for improvements to the existing process and procedures applied for assigned Clients in order to ensure delivery of high quality service in the most efficient way;
- You will maintain and develop multiple business relations with Citco offices, clients and other third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient client servicing process.
About You:
- You have 1-2 year experience in related field (SWIFT, Bank administration, Treasury).
- You have an excellent command of English.
- You have effective organizational and communication skills.
- You have a university degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Mathematics or similar.
Salary
2450-3150 €/mon. gross
