Better starts and ends with the customer
The main focus of this role is to prepare various reports for Western Union Business Solutions (WUBS) business units, such as Global Collections Report and Global Write off Report. In addition, the person in this role will be responsible for the monthly billing process execution for WUBS Clients in the North America region. To be more precise, the person in this role will validate the data input, analyse the monthly billing exceptions, and execute the finance inquiries. In addition, this position would require escalating and communicating effectively within the team and business partners while ensuring the timely generation of invoices or requests execution.
What you will need to succeed:
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, Economic or Administration
- Ability to pay strict attention to detail while performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to meet deadlines/sense of urgency/customer centric approach
- Ability to learn quickly and operate in a high-paced, high volume, dynamic environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Visual Basic macros knowledge would be a plus
- Fluency in English

Annual base salary gross: 10,678 – 18,305 EUR
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. The salary is one component of Western Union’s total compensation package for employees.
