Your tasks:
- Manage compliance and risk processes: monitoring internal processes and eliminating non-compliances;
- Supervise documentation and control: prepare and update compliance policies, procedures, coordinate the implementation of regulated processes;
- Strengthen compliance culture: consult and cooperate with the team, conduct training, manage the conflict of interest system, implement compliance measures in the field of personal data;
- Initiate and conduct personal data protection compliance audits in the company;
- Cooperate with personal data protection supervisory authorities, represent the company on data protection issues.

- You have analytical thinking, good time management skills and are proactive;
- You have a higher education (in the field of law is an advantage);
- You have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of compliance/data protection;
- You have good knowledge of personal data protection and know how to apply it in practice;
- You have good written and oral Lithuanian and English language skills;
- You have the independence and professional ethics characteristic of the function of a data protection officer.
