Nature of work
- Localization and elimination of emergency situations in apartment buildings.
- Maintenance and repair of building engineering systems and equipment.
- Minor electrical installation work.
- Minor general construction repair work.
- Prompt response to calls from residents and customers.
- Performance of work in accordance with safety, quality and internal order requirements.
Shift work schedule – 24-hour work shift, after which 72 hours of rest are provided (1/3 schedule).
Employee requirements
- Technical education or practical experience in the field of plumbing, heating, electricity, construction or other engineering systems.
- Ability to independently organize work and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Responsibility, initiative, diligence and good communication skills.
- Valid category B driver's license.
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience in the field of low-voltage systems (alarm, video surveillance, access control, etc.);
- Work experience in the field of emergency work or building maintenance.
- Qualification certificates, attestations or other documents confirming professional competence.
