We are a software development agency called Webrom. We work exclusively with custom ERP and CRM solutions and help companies automate processes.
What will need to be done
- Actively seek new B2B clients in the Lithuanian market
- Search for companies that may be interested in individual ERP or CRM solutions
- Make first contact via LinkedIn, email, calls and other outbound channels
- Qualify potential clients
- Organize quality meetings with decision makers
- Maintain contact with potential clients and consistently follow-up
- Work with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Organize contacts, actions and sales pipeline
- Participate in first meetings with the manager and technical team to better understand client needs and our sales process
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, lead generation or active search for new customers
- Ability to independently search for new contacts and initiate conversations
- Not afraid of LinkedIn outreach, cold email, calls and follow-up
- Ability to clearly communicate with managers, owners or other decision-makers
- Orderly work with contacts and sales pipeline
- Initiative, discipline, responsibility and result orientation
- Implementation of KPIs
It would be an advantage
- Experience in IT, SaaS or technology
- Strong English skills
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, process automation or business digitalization
