Responsibilities:

  • In charge of seller's onboarding and first-year account management;
  • Onboarding and setup of new accounts;
  • Lead integration to the marketplace;
  • Managing end-to-end seller onboarding, and first-year account management;
  • Work internally and externally to help sellers overcome obstacles;

Requirements:

  • Strong background in B2B Account management;
  • Track record of converting leads to closed opportunities;
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce and tech space;
  • Strong analytical skills and business insight in a complex data environment;
  • Ability to define, develop and implement growth initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment;
  • Good interpersonal skills with an ability to build and develop relationships at a variety of levels in a professional manner;
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment that spans different fields and teams;
  • Be dedicated and driven by target achievement, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and service;
  • Phenomenal at solving problems and flexible in your approach;
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently;
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English and Czech fluently;
