Job description

  • Taking care of existing clients within Lithuanian market
  • Networking with potential clients and developing long-term relationships
  • Providing help and support to the client to meet the needs and ensure excellent customer experience
  • Leading negotiations with the client to help with current and potential challenges
  • Cooperating with other departments to achieve positive business outcomes
  • Taking part in public tenders, exhibitions and various events
  • Participating in business meetings in various locations within Lithuania

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Good English language skills
  • Successful experience in active sales (over 1 year)
  • Patience and ability to use positive language
  • Clear communication and negotiation skills
  • Responsibility and attentiveness to detail
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills
  • Expectation management skills
  • Knowledge of transport and logistics would be an advantage
  • Driver ‘s license
