The Sales team is the company's engine and is focused on solution-based sales. Uncovering complexities in our clients' business payments and banking that can easily be fixed through GumballPay's B2B offers. We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager ready to drive the sales cycle self-sufficiently.


  • You will create partnerships with new clients across the globe.
  • You will expand your professional network to connect with potential business customers.
  • You will actively work with your professional network to seek opportunities to contribute to the team's ability to reach revenue targets.
  • You will work with innovative sales tools to reach personal and team targets.
  • You will commit to daily communications with potential business clients to maximize and optimize the sales process.
  • You will manage and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.
  • You will collaborate with internal and external teams to help transition new leads into sales;
  • You will proactively supervise self-performance to improve performance consistently;
  • You will track and identify personal and team process improvement possibilities.


  • Drive the entire sales cycle from outreach to closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build a strong network of enterprise customers and open doors to generate revenue across GumballPay's solutions.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Understand the category-specific landscape and trend changes.
  • Engage and align effectively in C-level meetings with Enterprise prospects.
  • Establish an effective relationship with internal Operations, Product, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure operational excellence.

1300-1800 €/mon. net
+ BONUSES. Salary after the probation period will be brought up for an increase review.
