RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer various EMEA employee benefit programs, such as Health & Welfare, Pension, and Car Benefits;
  • Resolve employee benefit issues and queries in a timely manner;
  • Assist in reviewing the company’s benefit plans, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance with government regulations;
  • Maintain and update benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptions on Company intranet;
  • Work closely with senior benefits team on various projects to include implementation and redesign of plans, development of employee communication material and annual benefit renewals;
  • Managing sensitive employee data in compliance with local requirements;
  • Conduct complex analyses for a broad range of ad hoc benefits projects;
  • Identify and implement benefits administration process improvement as identified;
  • Work with the Compensation and Benefits team, HR colleagues and other internal and external parties to enhance understanding of benefits proposition in order to attract and retain talent;
  • Create, implement and document benefits processes;
  • Ensure accuracy of external benefits databases;
  • Build strong relationship with internal stakeholders including HR, Payroll, Legal, Procurement;
  • Support EMEA Leave Policy programs;
  • Support the team with implementation of any new benefits and changes to current benefit programs in EMEA.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in human resources, finance or a related field;
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in employee benefits or benefits consulting;
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA legislation related to benefits administration;
  • Familiar with a variety of HR concepts such as leave administration practices and procedures;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel as well as other benefits technologies used by the organization;
  • Ability to work with multiple deadlines; Detail oriented;
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and process management skills;
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills;
  • Ability to analyse and interpret complex data, and procedural questions, draw conclusions, and make effective recommendations.
