We are looking for a very important person in the Tele2 office – an administrator! You will be the face that greets colleagues, guests and partners coming to the office, the voice that will be heard first by those who call. You will be the person who will help colleagues solve various organizational issues and situations. A lot of action, even more fun. If communicating, helping, planning, coordinating and ensuring order is your area, junkis!

We hope that you will be interested in:

• taking care of the well-being and order in the Tele2 office, providing all necessary assistance to colleagues so that work runs smoothly;
• managing the company's document flows, ensuring that incoming correspondence reaches the colleagues waiting for it, using document management systems and tools to help;
• cooperating with partners in coordinating the administration of travel and business trips, coordinating details for trainings or events organized by the company;
• coordinating the employee health screening process from start to finish.

To be successful, you will need:

• 1 year of administrative work experience;
• practical experience and understanding of how document management processes and systems work;
• organization and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where everyone needs everything "here and now";
• creativity in solving non-standard everyday situations;
• excellent oral and written knowledge of Lithuanian and English.

Salary from 1800 to 2370 EUR (before taxes) plus an annual bonus for achieved goals (salary will be discussed with you and will depend on your knowledge and skills), and a basket of additional benefits:
