You will be entrusted with:
- working with a cash register, high-quality customer consultation;
- organization of the appropriate activities of the store;
- ensuring product balances, quality, validity, correct product presentation and store image;
- personnel selection, work organization, motivation, goal setting, work evaluation and control;
- submission of reports, documents and other information to the direct manager.
We expect from you:
- higher education, computer skills (Word, Excel);
- organization, responsibility, promptness, desire to learn;
- opportunities to work with a flexible work schedule;
- knowledge about wine and experience in alcohol trade - this would be an advantage;
- ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) in Lithuanian, English and/or Russian;
