Job Purpose & Major Responsibilities:

Act as brand(s) champion to create focus, alignment and enthusiasm in the cross-functional brand team, in collaboration with Medical Advisor, Market Access, Sales Team and agencies. Provide marketing input, analysis and support to assigned brand(s) identifying opportunities from unmet customer and patient needs.
  • Provide leadership to manage brand(s) to create focus, alignment and enthusiasm in the cross-functional brand team and with agencies.
  • Responsible to the development & writing of the local marketing IPS and Tactical plans, leading the cross functional team collaboration
  • Identify market insights from customer interactions, competitive intelligence and understanding of disease areas.
  • Manage commercial customer initiatives and lead major market research projects.
  • Responsible to the implementing /localizing of the key branding elements of positioning, vision, brand(s) personality, value propositions, and messaging.
  • Manage the cross- functional alignment on the core message platform and commercial deliverables enabling 6IB discussions.
  • Manage effective agency partnerships.
  • Manage allocated brand budget.
  • Ensure compliance with companies' procedures and finance and budgeting practices.
  • Provide leadership to marketing and POP/PSP projects.
  • Ensure FF brand trainings and sufficiently resourced for effective customer interactions.
  • Monitor product performance, investments and the external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective action if required to meet business objectives.
  • Manage sections of annual promotional budget and resources.
  • Manage ROI assessments of tactical programs, ensuring proper execution by field forces.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Sales vs BU
  • Market share and market share growth.
  • Quality of strategies and input into the pre-launch, launch process and post-marketing.
  • Quality and timeliness of implementation of sales-marketing activities. Management of promotional budget.
  • Initiation and execution of Marketing projects, programs and launch a product, line extension, new campaign, commercial program, and/or competition defense.
  • Access to and quality of relationship with stakeholders.
  • Representing in-depth understanding of market and stakeholders / customers.
  • Contact rate and coverage of assigned targeted customers.
  • Works effectively with colleagues in other functions.
  • Ensuring compliance with country-specific as well as companies' promotional regulations, Code of Conduct and P3 guidelines.

Job Dimensions:
Number of Associates: 0
Education: University degree in Science and/or degree in Business.
Languages: Country specific Lithuanian, English fluent, additional language a plus
Experience: minimum 3 years operational marketing experience with focus on product/brand management including customer facing/sales experience. Ideally Optha experience.
