Job description
Business analyst at Voltas IT is responsible for supporting product development ensuring that all missing information that is needed to make product management related solution is found and available.
- Extract and systematize product related information from team, stakeholders, clients or any other information sources
- Document most valuable product information in clear and understandable manner
- Support product owner or stakeholder with analysis results to ensure best solutions on the product
- Gather valuable input for product development from clients, stakeholders, team and competition
- Transferring client problems to the backlog items, and challenging their solutions to provide best value for the product
Requirements
- Relevant experience in business analysis or project management roles
- Ability to see the big picture & visualize best product possible and plan steps to help on filling the gaps to achieve it
- Honest communication with team members, customers, and partners in order to get valuable input for the product development
- Continuous process improvement
- English language
