JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are a modern, renewing, and growing network of sports clubs in the Baltics, and we invite you to join our international Impuls & Lemon gym team!
- In this position, you will calculate and analyse financial and operational indicators and interpret data.
- You will control and analyse marketing and customer data as well.
- Of course, it is important not to forget data processing, systematization, and presentation of information in various sections.
- You will also have the chance to participate in budget preparation and planning.
- You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of business analytics tools (Power BI).
- You will have complete freedom and support to automate various reports and processes.
- And of course, constantly collaborate with colleagues from other teams on finance, data, and analytics, where you will have all the opportunities to contribute to business development.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 2+ years of experience in the position of financial or business analyst.
- Knowledge of financial accounting principles.
- Analytical thinking.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience working with the MS PowerBI data analytics platform is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication in Lithuanian and English.
- Ability to work independently, effectively set priorities, and manage time.
- Proactivity in proposing new ideas and improvements to existing solutions.
