Job description

Girteka Fleet is part of Girteka Logistics group. To accelerate the international growth and continue to expand Girteka Fleet sales, we are looking for an experienced leader with extensive background in business development. From the ideal candidate we expect outstanding leadership skills, strong sales acumen, including transport business experience. As a Business development division manager, you will responsible for total new business development – oversees locating and proposing potential business deals, partners, discovering and exploring opportunities in fast passed environment.

  • Develop a holistic Sales and marketing Strategy to enable sales culture in the organization. Translate Area Business strategy into actionable goals
  • Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
  • Ensure data-driven sales, identify areas of improvement in sales tactics and with a view of establishing actionable insights
  • Have a good understanding of the businesses' products, pricing or services and be able to advise others about them
  • Develop system and process to enable manage a business development team and execute new opportunities
  • Manage, develop, and inspire the team to implement the strategy and achieve set the targets; inspire the team to represent Girteka Logistics group.

Requirements

  • At leas 4 years of experience in international B2B sales and/or business development (in transport area)
  • Experience and knowledge in marketing
  • Proven management and leadership skills; strong people engagement and development
  • Proven ability to drive the data-driven sales process from plan to closing
  • Excellent analytical and problem - solving skills, combined with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing
  • Result oriented and action-driven
  • Excellent English skills, both written and oral. German would be a benefit

  • Monthly salary (gross): From 3224 €. Specific salary and bonuses are offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
