Business Development Manager • EMS

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• build and maintain long-term relationships with new customers through daily contact and compelling presentations
• prepare commercial offers and ensure contract fulfillment to achieve assigned sales goals
• attend exhibitions/meetings abroad to represent Teltonika EMS and its services with solutions
• perform a market analysis of the assigned region
• collaborate with technical support department and product specialists to address customer requirements.

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU:

• possess excellent English language skills as it will be your primary work
• have international B2B active sales experience, including active sales, cold calls, presentations, and visits
• demostrate developed negotiation and communication skills
• exhibit organizational independence and result-oriented focus
• can find solutions that create value for both the client and the team

OUR OFFER

Salary:

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experiences, so we offer an attractive compensation package that will match your skillset and expertise in the field. The salary for this position is from 14 Eur/h up to 18 Eur/h (3000 Eur) pre-tax with the option to get substantial monthly bonuses according to your results.

• In an employment agreement we specify and define a fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
