  • ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐˜ ๐—œ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜ƒ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป - Identify opportunities for product innovation, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive and meet the evolving needs of clients (investors and project owners)
  • ๐Œ๐š๐ซ๐ค๐ž๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ง๐ ๐๐ซ๐š๐ง๐๐ข๐ง๐  - Define and implement strategies to enhance MOASI's market position, brand recognition, and customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • ๐“๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ค ๐ซ๐ž๐œ๐จ๐ซ๐ of successfully developing and implementing business development strategies (preferably in SME lending)
  • ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐ง ๐ฅ๐ž๐š๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ก๐ข๐ฉ ๐ž๐ฑ๐ฉ๐ž๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ง๐œ๐ž - in a similar executive role within the financial institution
  • Good ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ž๐๐ ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ECSP (European Crowdfunding Service Providers) ๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง
  • ๐๐š๐ฌ๐ข๐œ ๐ค๐ง๐จ๐ฐ๐ฅ๐ž๐๐ ๐ž ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐€๐Œ๐‹ ๐š ๐ซ๐ž๐ ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐š๐ญ๐จ๐ง

  • An enthusiastic person with a desire to build
  • Previous experience in crowdfunding is an advantage;
  • Previous experience with real estate mortgage-based loans is an advantage.
