Nature of work

Organization and control of the company's financial management and accounting processes;
Preparation and submission of financial, tax and statistical reports to management and state institutions;
Preparation of annual financial statements and coordination of the audit process;
Formulation of accounting policies, review, improvement and optimization of processes;
Coordination of the work of subordinate employees and their consultation on accounting and tax issues.

Higher university education in the field of finance, accounting or economics;
At least 5 years of experience in the position of chief accountant (in a manufacturing company);
Excellent knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania regulating financial accounting of companies;
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Excellent computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Word, etc.);
Practical experience working with the Rivilė program;
Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking and the ability to lead a team and provide methodological assistance to colleagues.
