My name is Diana Gold and I am a CIO for Telia Lithuania. My main goal is to be a link between Telia CPS IT (Global Organization) and Telia Lithuania business organization. At the moment I‘m looking for a Chief Scrum Master to ensure the delivery of value for our Day to Day Agile Release Train. If you are unsure of what it is, please read more here:

This position is a replacement for a colleague in maternity leave (temporary, however without end date, so possibility to remain in a permanent position).

Your next challenge?
As a member of my Team, you will be responsible to ensure that one of our two Agile Release Trains (ART) stays on track. This involves:
  • Managing and optimizing the flow of value through the ART using various tools
  • Facilitation of ART events (PI planning, syncs, retros, preparation for PI planning, etc.)
  • Being responsible for progress tracking
  • Managing risks and escalations
  • Coaching leaders and teams in Agile way of working

Who are you?
Besides practical experience and theoretical knowledge of Agile best practices, you also have managed high complexity projects, have excellent communication and coaching skills, good at coordinating multiple teams, as well as have ability to build good relationship with stakeholders in both business and IT, both locally and globally. You can take responsibility and manage a virtual delivery organization of around 100 people.

Your Experience and personality:
  • 5+ years practical experience in Agile best practices (Scrum, SAFe, others)
  • Agile certification
  • Experience in managing complex projects/tasks per multiple teams
  • Self organized and structured
  • Motivated, easy going with "can do" attitude
  • Great communication skills
  • Fluent in English

Working in this position you will receive a base salary from 3400 Eur (gross) to 5190 Eur (gross). Besides for each employee Telia has additional employee benefit package which includes:
