We are currently looking for a Finance Coordinator to join our IT Team!

In this position, you will:

  • Develop annual CIO Department budget together with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and account for area’s actual spend
  • Provide financial expertise by analysing and interpreting financial data and making comparative analyses, drive decision-making support, recommending actions to key stakeholders
  • Coordinate with other teams to review financial information and forecasts
  • Assist with controlling invoices for the area
  • Directly support major strategic programmes and projects financial management – set up relevant regular processes, consult project managers, monitor planned vs actual spend
  • Act as a POC for matters related to area’s financials and strategic projects financial management
  • Drive and support continuous improvement of routines and processes

Requirements

  • 2+ years of financial/analytical experience
  • Good understanding of financial project & portfolio management
  • Relevant university degree (Accounting/ Finance or business-related field) is considered an advantage
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to simplify complex issues into clear and actionable insights
  • Proficient in MS Office products, especially MS Excel
  • Experience in managing/ executing projects and working with project management software is considered an advantage
  • Analytical thinking and independent mindset
  • Good English skills
  • Result driven and proactive team player, taking ownership

  • Familiarity with project management frameworks (e.g. PRINCE2), certificate is considered an advantage
