Our team runs daily after-sales relationship with the client. This includes continuous information sharing, trainings and actively meeting service expectations. Continuous improvement of the client service level, based on customer feedback, is also an important part of our role.

Cash Management Client Services team is perceived as an easily-accessible, customer-oriented partner. Cash Management Client Services team is responsible for close co-operation with the client, implementing and supporting corporate products and services in order to develop our own and our client’s business.

The role

As a Cash Management Client Services Manager, you will take the role of a navigator, problem-solver and advisor when interacting with our clients on a daily basis regarding after-sales topics.

Here is what you will do:
  • communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across SEB on a daily basis;
  • run implementations of certified products & channels for existing and new clients;
  • coordinate legal discussions regarding product agreements;
  • build high-level knowledge and good relations with clients by knowing their overall business processes, business agreements and how the products are being used;
  • initiate trainings for customers to understand and use our products and services in an efficient way;
  • contribute to our learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

The requirements

Your personality is highly valued. You are positive, proactive, attentive to details, self-leading and willing to learn. As you will work in a team, we expect you to be a good team player and share a “yes, we can!” attitude.

  • Navigator – you are able to build customer confidence by being a spokesperson internally and externally, by being perceptive, flexible, interested and well-informed;
  • Problem-solver – you listen to the client’s needs and deliver a customer-oriented solution;
  • Advisor – you add value by offering operational advice and customer-oriented knowledge to develop clients’ business.

How to stand out
  • You have general knowledge of industry standards related to all Cash Management products and services
  • You have perfect communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • You have proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
