Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues across a company on a daily basis;
  • Run implementations of certified products & channels for existing and new clients;
  • Coordinate legal discussions regarding product agreements;
  • Initiate training for customers to understand and use products and services in an efficient way;
  • Build high-level knowledge and good relations with clients by knowing their overall business processes, business agreements and how the products are being used;
  • Contribute to the company learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience of Client Services, Operations or Payments;
  • Perfect communication skills in English, both written and oral;
  • Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions;
  • Positive, proactive, attentive to details, self-leading and willing to learn personality;
  • As you will work in a team, we expect you to be a good team player and share a “yes, we can!” attitude.
