Job description

As Communication and Branding specialist you will be responsible for creating, implementing and evolving employer branding and communication strategies as well as guidelines for HELLA Lithuania. You will:

  • Plan yearly internal and external communication strategies (incl. budgets) in compliance with HELLA´s corporate communication and coordinate their implementation;
  • Systematically analyze internal & external HELLA Lithuania image to further evolve branding and communication activities;
  • Plan, promote and coordinate HELLA Lithuania´s presence in the media including social media, articles, website as well as coordination of related events and projects;
  • Closely cooperate with Human Recourses department and support other company employees regarding effective usage of existing communication tools and channels;
  • Closely cooperate with Human Recourses department creating the added value to employees and strengthening internal and external employer image;
  • Create and update reports and presentations (in English & Lithuanian) according to keywords;
  • Establish and maintain relations to our stakeholders
Support for the conceptual design and implementation of internal and external events and online activities.


  • Degree in Communication, Marketing;
  • At least three years of experience in the field of communication (internal and/or external), employer branding, HR marketing;
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of MS PowerPoint, basic knowledge of other MS Office programs and graphic design;
  • Experience in digital marketing is desirable

Salary is reviewed at least once per year. Also, you will be entitled to the annual bonus, that depends on your results.
