International Sales Assistant

Job Responsibilities:

Assist the Head of International Sales with their business project tasks, including the preparation of business offers, internal project calculations, information structuring and submission, and other tasks based on the employee's qualifications.

Communicate with the company’s clients worldwide regarding their marketing needs, adapt and provide the necessary marketing information.

Assist in the preparation of international expos and business meetings.

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency with numbers and Excel;

At least basic experience in working with CRM and task management tools;

Advanced proficiency in English. Knowledge of additional languages would be an advantage;

Commitment to going the extra mile when dealing with clients; results-oriented, proactive, and positive-thinking with active initiative approach

700-1000 €/mon. net
The fixed salary amount depends on the Specialist's experience and skills.
