ROLE AND MAIN TASKS:

As a Customer service administrator your role will be to effectively support the customers and wider business by managing the information between them:
● Processing customer orders – external and internal, received by all communication channels (phone, fax, email, web shop) and provide customer support;
● Helping customers to place and increase their orders, also coordinating the delivery process;
● Supervising customer data and monitoring of customers’ balance;
● Resolving customer issues, requests and complaints;
● Keeping high level of customer satisfaction and collaborating with other departments.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

● Has at least 1 year of relevant experience;
● Has experience in working with MS Office programs, is able to learn new systems quickly;
● Has a positive attitude and can work independently;
● Is customer oriented and knows how to sell;
● Is fluent in English (oral and written) also understands Russian.
