GP Transco is a United States-Based logistics and transportation company that has grown over 200% in the past three years. At this time, we are looking for ambitious individuals to join our Customer Service Team. No previous experience is required (though is a plus) as long as you speak English well, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are ready to learn.
The Customer Service and Tracking Specialist role is very important for daily Operations. You will assist Carrier Sales Representatives and Operations Manager in daily duties.

Your challenges?
Making sure that customers are always up to date about their shipment status;
Making sure carrier is on schedule for the pickups/deliveries;
Pick up and delivery appointment scheduling;
Being able to work 45 hours/week. Work hours are from 14:00 to midnight (small part of the year 13:00 - 23:00 depending on the daylight savings hours).
