Job description

Provide excellent customer service through phone, e-mail and livechat in a timely and accurate manner;
Ensure that customers issues, concerns, and/or questions are resolved both promptly and thoroughly;
Provide customers with products and orders information;
Communicate with vendors regarding orders and products;
Manage orders in internal company system;
Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making;
Provide suggestions and feedback for system’s improvements;
Be initiative to meet the customers and the company’s expectation.


Experience in customer service would be an advantage;
Excellent knowledge of English language;
Good computer skills;
Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
Customer service orientation and excellent communication skills;
Ability to handle unexpected situations;
Precise, accurate and persistent approach;
Ability to work from 5 P.M. to 2 A.M. (Monday to Friday)
