Job description

Can you easily communicate with other people? Do you have excellent knowledge of Greek and English language? You are literate, friendly, have experience working in sales and searching for a respective job opportunity? Then we need you! Vilnius, Lithuania has an open vacancy for a customer service representative working with existing clients!

Main responsibilities:

  • Outcoming calls to legal entities and individuals;
  • Promotion of new services and tools for existing
sellers;
  • Correct input of information into the database received
during the conversation;
  • Active, high-standard telephone sales;
  • Working with current customers.

Requirements

  • Higher, secondary special education;
  • Successful sales experience is an advantage;
  • SPANISH C1/C2
  • ENGLISH C1/C2;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel);
