Your role:

About you:
● Do you love people and find satisfaction in advising customers and caring for them in a friendly and professional way?
● Do you enjoy jumping on calls with both prospective and new customers to help them understand our product?
● Are you a strong and friendly communicator with excellent verbal (via phone or Zoom) and written (via email or chat) skills?

● Do you approach problems with curiosity, critical thinking, and an eye for optimisation and do you move fast whilst maintaining meticulous attention to each important detail?

As a Customer Service Specialist, your primary focus will be responding to prospective customer enquiries via email, phone, and the occasional Zoom, and we may be adding live chat soon. Whilst delivering excellent customer service, being both courteous and knowledgeable, you will work to transition each call into a sales opportunity. You will support the client's purchase by sending recommendations and coordinate logistics, process orders/changes/returns and update and maintain the CRM software with clients’ information and transaction details. Also, you will provide after-sales service helping customers with questions about using and maintaining our products as well as other typical support requests.
In your daily work, you will be using a wide range of systems: Zendesk, Trello, Woo-commerce, Zoom, Business WhatsApp, FB Messenger all in addition to the Google Suite and our in-house CRM system.
When you join, we will train you on all aspects of this job. We have got a robust internal wiki with training resources and a seasoned team eager to help you get up-to-speed.

What we are looking for from you:

● Full professional proficiency in English and German;
● To have excellent verbal and written communication, numeracy and IT skills;
● To be driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player;
● To be a self-learner, independent problem-solver;
● To have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent;
● To have prior customer support experience.
