Job description

  • Handle technical questions and other service queries from customers
  • Support customers via calls, e-mails and chats
  • Closely work together with Team Leader to find solutions for customers
  • Accuracy in data entry


  • Fluent Lithuanian language
  • Good English skills
  • Previous experience in customer service will be considered as an advantage
  • Positive attitude and excellent soft skills
