Job description


  • Providing comprehensive service and constant contact with Lithuanian and Baltic countries Clients,
  • Caring for clients’ needs, building lasting business relationships,
  • Daily collaboration with Customer Service department in Poland and with other departments in Poland and Lithuania,
  • Initial analysis of technical and delivery options for Clients,
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved,
  • Support of sales representatives in their daily tasks,
  • Managing all customers's data in the CRM system,
  • Coordination of the order execution process: payments, reservations, logistics.


  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service department in the internatiol envinroment,
  • Fluency in Lithuanian, Polish and English languages,
  • Experience in PV industry - nice to have,
  • High independence in work,
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
