What you’ll be doing…

We're looking for a new Customer Support Team Lead, who could help us create and maintain the best customer service experience. 

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Managing in-house Customer Support team in Kaunas (4-6 people), together with outsourced specialists in Philippines;
  • Setting KPIs for the team and helping them to achieve it;
  • Prioritising key tasks and goals for the team, improving cross-team collaboration;
  • Guiding and coaching your team, ensuring that they feel both a sense of empowerment to help customers and a sense of community to elevate one another;
  • Establishing, scaling and improving workflows within the customer service team by introducing best-in-class processes, guidelines and tools;
  • Analysing performance with daily data analysis, measuring against KPIs, and reporting any trends;
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organisational goals and implications are factored into any customer service operations;
  • Assuring ongoing QA of customer support communication and guiding the team towards the best practises.

We’re looking for someone with…

  • You love what you do and can’t wait to get started;
  • You are fluent in English, both verbally and written;
  • You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in customer service, or already being a team lead;
  • You have a good sense on how to think on the spot and are able to think of solutions to any problem;
  • You believe in going an extra mile for the customer and bring this mindset with enthusiasm to all of your team.
