- Manage business customer digital onboarding from application to account opening.
- Assess and manage onboarding cases involving high-risk customers in cooperation with internal compliance and support teams.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email or at times video calls, providing information about account opening requirements, banking services, and next steps.
- Become a valuable team member, as we believe that stand alone can do a lot but as a team we can stand-out.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and onboarding processes.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Customer-oriented and detail-focused mindset
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with regulatory and compliance-related requirements
- High sense of responsibility and ownership
- Experience in banking, KYC, compliance, customer onboarding, or customer service is considered an advantage
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken)
