You will help shape the company's success by helping our customers. You will be in direct contact with the product/engineering teams, especially working closely with the Head of Customer Success and the Customer Success Team Lead, and this way, you will directly impact the company's success. Your day-to-day:
- Be one of the first points of contact for our customers, both existing and potential, who have any questions or feedback.
- Help in identifying and reporting any bugs to the appropriate team.
- Share any suggestions coming from our customers for product development.
- Improve our FAQs as well as macros to provide even better support to our customers.
- Contribute to the training of our AI chat bot to make it even smarter and more helpful
- Create automations and workflows.
- Track Trustpilot reviews.
Your skills & experience:
- Ability to work full-time during the midday shift (1:00 PM– 10:00 PM) and every other weekend in a rolling work schedule & hybrid working model.
- Experience in customer support or other relevant field.
- Fluent in English.
- Quick reaction and concentration, as well as empathy and love for helping people.
- Self-learner, independent problem-solver attitude.
- Motivated and ambitious.

Salary:
- Gross salary: 1160 - 1820 EUR/month + bonuses. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
