Manage existing customer relationships, upselling product offerings, and initial outreach communication
Communicate with clients by live chat, email, and telephone
Ensure excellent customer experience and satisfaction
Work with other team members to foster client relationships, manage deliverables, and mitigate risks
Analyze customer accounts, including identifying churn signals as well as new needs and potential growth opportunities
Be a part of a small and creative, yet efficient and goal-oriented team
Requirements

Previous experience of exceeding customer expectations and achieving KPI’s
Knowledge of customer success initiatives and retention strategies
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal (listening, engaging, confidence, appropriate tone/inflection)
Confidence interfacing with all levels in an organization
Able to manage multiple priorities effectively with a sense of urgency
Willingness to be innovative and to formulate new ideas and processes
Commitment to delivering a world-class customer experience
