Job description

Timely solve client issues.
Update and maintain websites, FAQ and knowledge base content and suggest possible improvements.
Provide internal support for administrative, sales and marketing people.

Requirements

1+ years of customer service experience.
Detail oriented, consistent, problem solving personality traits.
Perfect English written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to to work in a small, effective team environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Someone that likes to sleep in the mornings and does not mind working weekends.

This position covers direct communication with clients primarily via an app chat, emails. Department is also responsible for updating technical documentation, FAQs, and providing internal support for colleagues.
