Job description

As our Customer Support Specialist / E-commerce Admin, you’ll be responsible for communication with customers as well as supporting the maintenance of our online store. The position entails providing relevant information to our customers regarding their orders, delivery times, product details, and any other topic related to our e-commerce store.

Your day to day tasks will include:
  • Communicating with our clients on our customer support system;
  • Communicating with our clients on social media channels;
  • E-commerce order processing, fulfilment and record updating;
  • General maintenance of our online store – we all work towards making our products more convenient and better for our customers and your input is going to be greatly appreciated;


  • Are proficient in both written and spoken English (B2+)
  • Demonstrate Attentiveness to detail;
  • Demonstrate a Can-do-it attitude;
  • Have great problem solving skills;
  • Are able to learn fast and adapt to a ever-changing environment of a start-up;
  • Exhibit Customer oriented mindset;
  • Have Good MS Excel skills;

Experience in providing customer support is a huge plus, but high motivation paired with ability to learn fast would get our attention as well.
