Job description

Full-time position for someone who has an excellent command of written English and would enjoy resolving various customer inquiries for our e-commerce store.

The work would involve:

  • Resolving incoming tickets and providing relevant information for the customers, such as delivery information, guidance how to use the products, how to return them, and any other queries that arise;
  • Entering, and editing data in our internal CRM system;
  • Coordinating with other team members;
  • Other related tasks;

Currently the work is being conducted remotely, but later on it will be from the office as the pandemic recedes.


  • Proficiency in written English is a must;
  • General computer skills - Microsoft Office, data research, data entry;
  • Strong work ethics, ability to adhere to deadlines;
  • Attentiveness to detail;
  • Willingness to learn;

Good to have:
  • Experience in a field of customer support or logistics is a plus;
